Job Description:

  1. Preparing Procurement and Market plans for FPOs
  2. Need to give a support in Business plan preparations
  3. Pricing and quality standards
  4. Having agreements/registrations with Vendors, Clients and Bulk sales
  5. Coordinating with other team members regarding supply chain
  6. Developing financial linkages
  7. Obtaining of required licenses
  8. Generating quarterly reports on sales, stocks and indents
  9. Increasing sales at FPO level
  10. Organizing & participating in exhibitions
  11. Building the knowledge and skills of staff members of cooperatives.
  12. Mobilization of farmers into FPO’s

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and also strong organizational and coordination skills were required.
  • Knowledge on supply chain management principles
  • Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Knowledge on marketing and promotional strategies
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and market analysis
  • Familiar with business planning and financial analysis
  • Ability to gather and analyze relevant data
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and must have knowledge of quality control and assurance processes
  • Familiarity with legal and contractual processes
